If you are a first-time AT&T Wireless customer, you will be required to create an account on the myAT&T app. The app is readily available on Google Play Store and App Store on iPhones.

If you are sure about canceling your AT&T Wireless Service, then the first thing to do is to switch off the AutoPay mode on your myAT&T app. Your service will automatically be terminated once you stop paying your bills.

To opt out of marketing messages and calls on your phone, add your AT&T number to the Do Not Call list at DoNotCall.gov.
You can view your call history for the past 60 days on your AT&T online account.
Go to https://signin.att.com, or myAT&T app and log in with your AT&T username and password. Select the Call History tab. You will be able to view and download your entire call history till the last 100 calls or the ones made in the past 60 days.
