However, it has now merged with Access from AT&amp;T to broaden its range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>AT&amp;T Lifeline Program<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Lifeline program enables AT&amp;T to offer affordable home internet, wireless phone plans, and home phone services to eligible households. This low-income assistance program provides a monthly discount of up to $9.25 to eligible customers and up to $34.25 for subscribers residing on tribal lands.
